Breakfast Award

01 February 2011

After an inspection in January 2011, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a Visit Britain Breakfast Award.  This award recognises those hotels and B&Bs that offer their guests a quality and choice of breakfast, service and hospitality that exceeds what would be expected at their star rating. It will help visitors find those places where the owners, managers, chefs and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure the breakfast will exceed expectations.

This has come about as a result of improvements that the team have been making to the breakfast at The Grange: On the buffet there are homemade cereals and compotes, greek yogurt, home made fruit salad, locally made jams, and organic and fair trade teas from Clipper Teas of Dorset.

From the kitchen, there is a choice of full English breakfast, (2 types of bacon, chipolata sausages, Poyntington musrooms, hash browns,  local free range eggs, tomatoes and Capriolas Black Pudding), Kings Breakfast (Smoked Salmon and creamy scrambled egg), kippers, and continental breakfast with croissant.
