Sous Chef

Duties include managing the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, assisting in menu design and preparing and cooking for the restaurant, weddings, and functions. May suit an experienced Chef de Partie who is looking to progress to the next level.

Rota is 5 splits shifts with two days off each week.
